Isla Coquν serves quality food at a great price, featuring an extensive selection of traditional Puerto Rican foods and beverages, in an ambience surrounded by rich Puerto Rican music and flavor. Four years ago the owner and founder of Isla Coqui, Marisol Vega, decided to change her engineering career to pursue her dreams of one day owning a Puerto Rican restaurant. With the opening of Isla Coqui she has done just that, a place to promote her Puerto Rican culture throughout the flavors unique to Boricua Cuisine.
